The CLASSIC is back !!! Royal Enfield Classic SIGNALS

The Indian Army and the Royal Enfield motorcycles have had a long, association. 65 years to be precise! And over the years, Royal Enfield has launched motorcycle models which have been homage of sorts to the Indian Army. Now, the company has launched the Classic Signals 350, which is not only a tribute to the association of Royal Enfield with the Indian Army but to the Enfield motorcycles which have been in service and the men and women of the armed forces who ride these motorcycles. Here is everything you need to know about the Royal Enfield Classic Signals 350 Special Edition.
The silhouette of the Royal Enfield Classic Signals 350 remains the same as that of the regular Classic 350, but there are a few differences. The Signals 350 gets a unique serial number painted on the fuel tank along with having blacked-out bits such as the exhaust, engine cover, rims, handlebar and the headlamp bezel as well. Then, the Signals 350 will be available in two colours which are'Airborne Blue' and 'Stormrider Sand'. There will also be a metallic 'Royal Enfield' badge on the fuel tank which is new as well.
The Royal Enfield Classic Signals 350 uses the same engine as the standard Classic 350 which is a 346 cc, air-cooled single-cylinder unit that makes 19 bhp of peak power and 28 Nm of peak torque while being paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Expect the performance of the bike to remain more or less similar as well.

Anti-lock brakes

Yes! This is the first Royal Enfield motorcycle to get dual-channel ABS as standard. And even better news is that the 500 cc range along with the Himalayan too is set to get ABS within the next month. The Signals 350 gets a disc brake at the front and at the rear for better braking performance.
The Royal Enfield Classic Signals 350 is priced at ₹ 1.62 lakh (Ex-showroom, Chennai). It is barely ₹ 15,000 more than the standard Classic 350. It will be available across dealerships in India and Royal Enfield has already started taking bookings for the bike. The good news is that unlike the Pegasus, this one is not a limited edition model. The demand for the motorcycle will determine the waiting period for customers.
